Back to product this week. Reva Rise is on the horizon!! ICYMI – Reva Rise is the replacement for Big Bertha. This is made for women, by women. There are several key things to keep in mind with this set. This week, we’ll talk about the family in a general overview, then we’ll get specific to categories in the coming weeks.

First, Ladies are the fastest growing segment in golf. Period. If you’re not paying attention to your female members, you are missing out. Women buy a lot of “off the shelf” clubs, so fitting is often not necessary. Handy for selling stock golf clubs…

Second, we did a survey of about 4,000 women and we asked them what they wanted in a ladies golf club. HALF of them said they played regular (or men’s) golf clubs. Half… That’s a LOT. In 30 years of fitting, I can promise you that there is no chance that I fit half of the women I fit into men’s clubs. This tells me that a good 75% of the women who make up the half of the women that play men’s clubs are playing the wrong thing. That could be upwards of 40% of your female members. THIS is a massive opportunity if you focus on it. More on this to come in a future Fitters Corner.

Also second, on the other half of the women who play ladies clubs, they overwhelmingly want two things – forgiveness and distance. Reva Rise addresses this head on.

Third, when we made AI Smoke, we fed actual player golf swings into the AI system to help further develop the AI smart face. All of these swings were from male players – even on the AI Smoke Max Fast. This changes with Reva Rise. The faces take data from female golf swings to optimize a face for her.
